During our initial session, I’ll conduct a full assessment to understand your wants and needs. At this time we will explore your background, history with dieting, and health habits. We will also look at your current eating patterns, relationship with food, and body image. Together we’ll set attainable goals and build a practical plan to help you reach these goals.
These sessions will provide you with the tools you need to work through any challenges that may arise during your journey. Together we will celebrate your accomplishments and adjust your goals as needed.
