How does this program work?

You will be working one-on-one with me, Heather Lasco a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, in my virtual intuitive eating nutrition coaching program.  My services are offered virtually, from the comfort of your own home, via telehealth through a HIPAA compliant platform.  We will stay connected through video conferences or telephone calls and email.

During our initial 60-minute session, I’ll conduct a full assessment to understand your wants and needs.  At this time we will explore your background, history with dieting, and health habits.  We will also look at your current eating patterns, relationship with food, and body image.  Together we’ll set attainable goals and build a practical plan to help you reach these goals.  As with all clients, I will always provide a trusting and judgment-free environment so you feel safe and open to sharing.

After our initial session, I will provide you with a summary and educational materials/tools as needed.  Throughout the program, there will be weekly applications and check-ins to help you stay on track and problem solve any issues if they arise.  I will always be available via email to address any questions or concerns throughout your entire journey.

The program is not a weight loss program. With that being said, during this program you may experience weight fluctuations as you learn to listen to your body’s hunger cues and your body heads towards its predetermined set point weight.

This program is not for those who want to count macros or calories, expect a diet program, or have aesthetic goals in mind.
