Heather Lasco, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian/Owner of Heather Lasco Nutrition LLC
Hi, I’m Heather Lasco. I’m a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and their body.
Like many other dietitians, I love food. All foods! All foods can fit into your diet, and I want to help you get to a place where you can ditch food rules and enjoy eating again. As a provider that specializes in HAES® and intuitive eating, the approach I use with clients is compassionate and inclusive instead of rigid or restrictive. Our work together is a partnership to empower you to connect with your body’s internal cues and help you find a pattern of eating that enhances your health and wellbeing.

Heather's Background and Professional Experience
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics at Life University and completed my dietetic internship there as well. After passing the national exam, I became credentialed as a Registered Dietitian with a license in the state of Georgia. Since then, I have mainly worked in private practice and gained experience working at an eating disorder treatment facility. At that facility I worked with patients with various eating disorders at different levels of care such as inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization. This experience gave me a great foundation to work with patients further on in their eating disorder recovery in an outpatient setting. In my private practice, I work with many individuals in eating disorder recovery as well as those with disordered eating, chronic dieting, emotional eating, PCOS, body image issues, and other general nutrition issues.

Brandy Stayman, MS, RD, LDN
Associate Registered Dietitian
Hello! I’m Brandy Stayman, a Registered Dietitian, ready to help people find their way to a healthier relationship with food that enhances their quality of life.
Working with so many different types of people in my career, I have seen first hand how damaging diet culture can be. Because of the struggles I’ve seen my clients go through, I have made it my mission to spread the non-diet message as much as possible. I truly believe all foods fit and am passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food so that they can believe this too! My counseling style is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
